The following components belong to the high performance Cooler Kit:• heat pipes ( 8mm-heatpipes click here)• fins ( photograph click here, detail drawing click here) • heat transfer interface ( detail drawing click here)) The number of fins can be diversified and also the number of heat pipes (1 - 5). The geometry is is only variable in longitudinal direction. According to the individual application, this Cooler Kit can be completed with peltier elements and fans. |
