HIGH  DENSITY  PELTIER  MODULES  (HDPM)

Features

Maximum cooling density up to 18 Watt/cm²

Example

  • High Density Peltier-Module 40 x 40 x 0.55 mm transfers > 250 Watt (Qcmax)
  • Standard Peltier-Module      40 x 40 x 0,55 mm transfers ~ 100 Watt (Qcmax)
  •  Increase of cooling capacity, compared with standard Peltier modules is > multiplier 2-3.
  • Peltierelement

    Technical parameters:
    • Maximum temperature drop ΔT max at I=I max , Q=0 – within range 60-67 K.
    • Heat flow density output on TEC's cold side in maximum cooling capacity mode at I=Imax and ΔT = 0 – within range 7 - 18 Wt/cm².
    • Maximum current at ΔT = ΔT max – within range of 10 - 25 A.
    • Heat absorbing surface area of the module – within range of 4 - 27 cm².
